On 17 and 18 May, the David Foster Theatre was all aglow with vibrant props, tie-dye shirts and a host of hand-made tropical-themed accessories as the grade 3 students took to the stage with their Musical Review performance of My Moana. Adapted from the popular Disney movie, this playful interaction of words, music and dance, both captivated and enthralled the audience in a theatre that was filled to capacity. An 11-member ukulele ensemble played and sang two melodic interludes to round out the event. Overall, this was an inspiring highlight in the grade 3 arts programme. Congratulations to everyone involved!
