Our TK 11U girls netball team won the Tanglin Trust Championships on 12 May 2018. It was a special moment for everyone, thanks to the girls’ great teamwork. They communicated clearly during the game, positioned themselves strategically, kept their calm and always believed in themselves. For example, Maylea Palmqvist demonstrated very strong centre position skills while goal shooters Emma Chow and Chloe Tan’s accurate shots never let their team down.

The girls began every game with the TK Husky cheer to keep their spirits high. In fact, words of encouragement and support never failed to fill the halls whenever the TK Husky netball team played. The well deserved gold medal is a testimony to the girls’ perseverance and amazing teamwork. After all, they spent a lot of time in early morning training and late afternoon games. We are more than proud of this wonderful team of girls. We can’t wait to see what happens in the next netball season!
